RSD Travel Ltd. and RSD Reise Service Deutschland GmbH, both subsidiaries of the RSD Group, one of Europe’s largest cultural tour organizers, have been recognized for their exceptional performance in the travel industry.
At this year’s ITB, RSD Reise Service Deutschland was once again awarded the prestigious “TOP Tour Operator” title. This marks the company’s 15th anniversary and is a testament to their consistently outstanding touristic and economic performance.
To determine the winners, the touristic component was assessed by the experts at tourVERS GmbH, a leading provider of customer money protection. This was followed by an examination of the economic component by the specialists at RINKE TREUHAND, a renowned auditing firm. RSD Germany Managing Director Horst Zsifkovits provided extensive annual financial statements, which were thoroughly analyzed and evaluated by RINKE TREUHAND using criteria specifically tailored to the travel industry.

Any tour operator can be certified, regardless of their affiliation with tourVERS GmbH. In addition to the certificate and logo, TOP tour operators receive a comprehensive report outlining their performance.
