Fusion to Take Over Exceed with Acquisition

Fusion Consulting Group, a London-based professional services firm, has completed its fourth acquisition of 2023 with the acquisition of Exceed Accountants Ltd.

Exceed Accountants is a Surrey-based accountancy firm with over 500 local and international clients and 15 staff members. The acquisition is part of the SME Capital-backed M&A war-chest that Fusion Consulting Group secured in October 2022.

The firm seeks to fill the ‘advisory gap’ that has become customary when working with multiple advisors.
