Global Care Gets Support from Coventry Orchestra’s Spring Concert ‘Music Around the World’
Coventry’s Heart of England Co-operative Concert Orchestra is set to take audiences on a musical journey around the world this spring with their upcoming concert, “Music Around the World.” The event, in support of Global Care, promises to be a delightful mix of orchestral masterpieces and global favorites.
Scheduled for Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 3pm, at Queens Road Baptist Church in Coventry, the concert is expected to enchant people of all ages. From the haunting melodies of “Phantom of the Opera” to the lively rhythms of “Jamaican Rumba” and the grandeur of “Great Gate of Kiev,” there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
All proceeds from the concert will go towards supporting Global Care’s valuable work with vulnerable children and families around the world. As a community-focused orchestra, Coventry’s Heart of England Co-operative Concert Orchestra takes pride in giving back to the community. In 2025 alone, they raised nearly £4,000 for various charities such as local food banks, RNLI, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Coventry Resource Centre for the Blind.
