“Introducing Room Two: Elevating the Cocktail Experience”

London, UK – In the ever-evolving world of cocktail culture, London-based company room two has set itself apart as a pioneer in the industry. Founded in 2025 by industry veterans with backgrounds in film, music, and interior design, room two has quickly become the go-to partner for luxury events looking to redefine the cocktail experience.

The company’s mission is to blur the lines between bar, set, and experience, bringing cocktails back to the forefront of luxury events in the United Kingdom. With a focus on translating feeling into flavor, room two incorporates elements of taste, texture, music, energy, and design to create immersive multi-sensory experiences that resonate deeply with guests.

“Having worked in luxury events for over 14 years, while also being a lifelong fan of late-night dancefloors, I saw a real opportunity to bring the intimacy, energy and togetherness found in those spaces into the world of luxury events,” states Max McCormick, co-Founder of room two.

With a distinctive approach to cocktail creation, room two has collaborated with distinguished brands across fashion, beauty, and hospitality sectors, including Prada, Huntsman, The American Embassy, Space NK, Singleton whisky, and Henry Holland Studio. Actress Sienna Miller has praised the company, stating “room two made the night truly special, every drink was like a little work of art,” while Saville Row’s Huntsman called their martini “quite possibly the best we’ve ever been served.”

Beyond creating unique and delicious cocktails, room two also prioritizes sustainability in their events. They use local and seasonal produce, often foraging ingredients, and collaborate with East London distillers known for their thoughtful spirits. They also work closely with catering teams to collect and reuse food waste, turning discarded fruit into garnishes, syrups, and shrubs.

This season, room two is launching the first “Dancing on the Bar” pop-up in London, a high-concept speakeasy meets after-hours salon. They are also running a supper club series called “təˈɡeð.ər,” with designer Anissa Kermiche, bringing together interesting people over food, drinks, and conversation in support of various causes.
