Leading tool retailer ITS has moved its Harlow store to a larger site, transforming the shopping experience with an innovative new retail concept.

The expanded store, now located at DC One, Edinburgh Way, Harlow, has been designed with a “Shop-in-Shop” format, featuring dedicated brand areas for industry leaders such as DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Festool, Bosch, and more. Situated just two minutes from its former Ascent Park location, the new premises offers a significantly enhanced shopping environment.

Unlike standard trade counters, the new ITS store provides an interactive retail experience, allowing customers to browse, handle, and test more than 6,000 products before purchasing.

Catering to both trade professionals and DIYers, the store offers an extensive selection of power tools, hand tools, workwear, garden tools, fixings, accessories, storage solutions, ladders, site equipment, and more. Expert staff are available in-store to provide tailored advice and help customers find the right tools for their needs.

Now operating within ITS’s main distribution centre, the new location boasts an extensive stockholding, ensuring that products are almost always available for immediate collection.
