Gene Phillips Joins Prosperant as Principal Consultant, Enhancing Global Legal Advisory Services

With over 13 years of experience, Phillips brings his extensive international expertise and network to Prosperant. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic consulting and expert witness services for prominent litigation firms in the United States, Australia, Canada, the UK, and the Netherlands. Notably, he has been instrumental in advising on complex and high-profile commercial disputes as the CEO of PF2 Securities and as a Special Advisor to Validity Finance. Prior to these roles, he held positions with Citigroup Alternative Investments, a New York-based hedge fund, and began his Wall Street journey in the Derivatives group at Moody’s Investors Service.
